Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of jewelry offered on www.lovetokenparis.com (the "Site") to consumers (the "Customer"). Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms. At launch the Site is directed to customers residing in the United States; prices are stated in US Dollars (USD).
Products
Each piece is handcrafted in solid gold and made to order. Because the stones are natural, slight variations in hue, inclusion, and weight are inherent to the product and do not constitute a defect. Photographs are illustrative; minor rendering differences (screen color, scale) do not engage the Seller's liability. Specifications (gold, fineness, weight, stones, carats, dimensions) appear on each product page.
Prices
Prices are stated in USD. Import duties and taxes due upon entry into the United States are included in the price paid (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid); no additional amount will be charged on delivery, except for any insurance or unloading costs at destination. The Seller may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect when the order is validated.
Payment
Payment is made online through Shopify Payments. The Seller does not retain full payment-card data. Orders are processed only after payment is received.
Shipping and Import Duties
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, from Spain to the United States, via UPS or USPS, with a tracking number. Delivery is on a DDP basis: import duties and taxes are paid by the Seller (see Section 3). Risk transfers upon delivery of the goods to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer.
Returns
A piece may be returned, in original condition and complete packaging, within 14 days of receipt, for exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. As no piece is personalized, the entire collection is eligible for return. Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned piece.
(Customers residing in the EU benefit from the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal on the same terms.)
Warranties
The Seller provides no voluntary commercial warranty beyond the guarantees imposed by law. Customers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees applicable under the law governing their purchase; in particular, where Spanish or other EU Member State law applies, the statutory 3-year guarantee of conformity applies by operation of law and cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except for guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, the products are provided without any other warranty, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Statutory guarantees do not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or third-party alterations.
The Seller is not liable in the event of force majeure or acts of the Customer. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability is capped at the amount of the relevant order.
Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law and competent courts depend on the Customer's place of residence.
(a) Customers residing in the United States: these Terms and any sale are governed by the laws of the Customer's State of residence, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules; any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of that State.
(b) Customers residing in the European Union: these Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Customer's country of residence; the Customer may bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile.

We reserve the right to amend this Sales Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
