Data Collected
When ordering: identity, shipping and billing address, email, phone, order contents. Payment data is handled directly by Shopify Payments; the Seller has no access to it. Browsing data: see the Cookies section. Email address where the user subscribes to the club / newsletter.
Purposes and Legal Bases
Order processing and fulfillment, delivery, after-sales service (performance of the contract); compliance with accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation); audience measurement and Site improvement (consent, via cookies); sending the "club" newsletter to subscribers (consent); sending commercial information to customers about similar products (legitimate interest), with the ability to unsubscribe at any time.
Recipients and Processors
Data is shared only with necessary providers: hosting and e-commerce (Shopify International Limited, Ireland, as processor; Framer B.V., Netherlands), payment provider (Shopify Payments), carriers (UPS, USPS), audience measurement (Google – Google Analytics). Certain transfers outside the EU may occur, framed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Order data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and then archived in accordance with legal accounting obligations (10 years from the close of the financial year). Cookie consent: 13 months from collection.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD, the user has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, exercisable at hello@lovetokenparis.com. The user may lodge a complaint with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency). (California residents: CCPA/CPRA rights to add if applicability thresholds are met, not applicable at launch, to revisit.)
Cookies
The Site uses:
Strictly necessary cookies (cart, payment security, functionality, via Shopify): exempt from consent.
Audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics, linked via Framer): set only after consent.
No advertising cookies (Meta, TikTok pixels) are used at launch; any later addition will be subject to an update and to consent collection.
The user may change their choices at any time via the consent banner or configure their browser.
Security
The Seller implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. Payment is secured by the payment provider.
